Patrick Magrath - Director

Patrick has worked at Board level for a wide variety of businesses in a number of sectors during the last 22 years. He has a very varied experience covering corporate financing, investment, business recovery, business turnaround, business strategy, MBO's and start-up.

Nigel Neill – Director

Nigel has held the posts of Chief Executive Officer, and General Manager in key blue chip companies across the leisure, tourism and publishing sectors over the last 20 years.  He is a specialist in team building, corporate and commercial strategy, and leading local to global management activities, and change management, including boardroom and executive mentoring and development.


Anthony Chapman – Head of Operations

With 10 years of Operational and Event Management experience within the hospitality sector. Anthony has worked in prestigious venues both in the UK and Dubai organising a range of events from Formula 3 launches, luxury car launches to multinational corporate events. Having worked with various sports personalities and celebrities he is clearly versed to deal with the best of the best.

Anthony has the drive and passion for motorsport and Grand Prix racing, this added to his wealth of experience in management he is a great addition to the team at GP Team Challenge.

Simon Dowson - Head of Engineering

A graduate in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Warwick University, Simon joined Reynard on a graduate scholarship in 1995. The following year he took a position in the production department gaining promotion to Production Manager in 1997. Simon was responsible for race car production at Reynard where his responsibilities included production planning (ensuring achievable targets for design right through to car assembly), implementation and management of production plans, and ensuring build schedules were adhered to. Simon became Operations Manager in 2000 when he took full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Motorsport division at Reynard, managing all production and operations areas, working with the agents to develop competitive pricing strategies, developing streamlined work throughput and improved efficiency through the business.
